SMS MARKETING
SMS is the highest-attention channel you own and the easiest one to burn. Most brands treat it as a separate calendar run by a separate person, and their customers feel it.
We build compliant SMS programs alongside email as one retention system, so both channels share segmentation, timing and suppression logic rather than competing for the same customer on the same day.
WHAT WE BUILD
Capture that does not cannibalize email. Two-step and multi-step forms that collect a phone number without costing you the email address, plus the compliance language that has to sit alongside it.
Automated flows. Welcome, browse and cart recovery, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back, sequenced against what the customer has already received by email.
Campaign strategy. A monthly calendar built around what actually warrants an interruption. SMS earns attention by being rare and relevant.
Segmentation and suppression. The logic that stops a customer getting the same message twice on two channels, and stops you texting someone who just bought.
COMPLIANCE IS NOT OPTIONAL
SMS carries real regulatory exposure that email does not. Consent language, quiet hours, opt-out handling and record keeping are built into every program we run, not bolted on afterwards.
If your current setup was assembled quickly, an audit is the first thing we do. It is cheaper to fix consent now than to discover the problem later.
PLATFORMS
We work across Klaviyo, Omnisend and Braze, and build to the platform's ceiling rather than its template defaults. If SMS and email currently live in different tools, we will tell you whether consolidating is worth it or not.
HOW IT RUNS
Every engagement opens with a full audit across more than 75 points, which produces a plan of action built around one thing: maximizing and automating your revenue.
From there we work in weekly and monthly sprints. You add tasks to a queue, we prioritize them, and each completed task goes into review before it ships. Revisions are unlimited, and nothing goes out without your sign-off.
WHO THIS IS FOR
DTC brands from 7 to 8 figures, most often in Health and Wellness, Fitness and Nutrition, Pet, Apparel and Accessories, Jewelry and Luxury Goods, and Personal Care.
SMS works best when there is already an email program worth supporting. If you do not have one yet, we will say so.
WHAT IT COSTS
Engagements start at $1,000. Scope and pricing are custom-built around your goals, and we will tell you on the first call whether we think the numbers work for you.
