With our subscription service, you can add or edit as many tasks (i.e. campaigns, flows, pop ups, etc.) in your queue as you need. Our team will compile multiple tasks in your queue and turn them into weekly & monthly sprints. Tasks inside of a sprint will be completed in the alloted time. Once completed, each task in a sprint will go into review; ensuring your full satisfaction before moving on. Each week & month a new sprint will be created, comprising new tasks (and/or carryover tasks).

The turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the task. On average, for example, a single email campaign can be completed in as little as 24-72 hours. However, more complex tasks like Flows may take longer to finish.

You will be able to track the progress of the tasks in weekly/monthly sprints. These sprints are comprised of multiple tasks your account manager has prioritized to be completed that week. Any tasks that are still in progress once the sprint ends will roll over in the next week’s sprint.

For example: A sprint might involve completing a flow with 3-4 emails. Or completing 3-4 individual campaigns. The number of tasks assigned to a sprint vary based on the complexity and specificity of your request.

Here are some examples of project timelines: Flows (7-14 Days): Write, design, implement and optimize a comprehensive automated email flow with as many as 7 emails. Individual Campaign (1-3 Days): Ideate, write, design, and schedule a single email campaign. This also applies to email capture forms. Miscellaneous (24hrs): Various account maintenance tasks such as; reviewing results, updating account settings, etc. Please note that these are general examples, and the number of tasks may vary depending on requests’ complexity. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality work, and we’ll keep you updated on the progress of your tasks throughout the entire process.

No worries! Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with the campaigns & flows we’ve developed, we’ll work on revising them until you’re 100% satisfied with the result. Remember you have unlimited revisions.

Our goal is to prove how incredibly profitable email marketing is, that you won’t want to pause any month. That said, if you decide you don’t need any work for a specific month, you can pause your subscription and resume it when you need our services again. There are no penalties or additional fees for pausing your subscription.

Due to the high quality nature of our work, there will be no refunds issued once a task is active and has started.
